Harvey is a skilled member of the team and has experience beyond his years! Harvey has been with the business through two apprenticeships and now leads on many key clients and the website projects in a supervisory capacity, as well as leading with technical support requests.

Harvey has a wide range of skills and knowledge that he has built up through consistent training courses and hands-on experience. Harvey is the lead on website maintenance and support contracts, and helps a wide variety of Dexterous clients with several aspects of their online business. He supports hosting, WordPress development, e-newsletters, business printing, website CMS training, and much more.

Harvey has a sound knowledge of website development, UI & UX, WordPress, Shopify, and general bug-discovery and problem-solving when needed. He deals with e-commerce sites on a daily basis, and is a friendly first point of contact to all clients. Harvey is often the first line of support when you call, and he’s always happy to help!
