About the Client
The Outsourced Recruitment Company (formerly OD Talent Solutions) was set up by Laura O’Driscoll in 2017, and has had a strong presence in the recruitment agency industry ever since. Their mission is to provide a real point of difference in the outsourced recruitment industry. They do this through delivering real, honest and valuable advice and delivering outstanding service that you can trust.
Through significant growth, OD Talent Solutions needed a new website to match what they could provide to people looking for a job and businesses looking to employ staff. With a strong brand already in place, we created an effective and responsive website that exceeded their needs.



Initial Stages
We worked closely with the client at the beginning of the project, to ensure that we could consider all of their ideas and needs, so that we could provide the best solution for them.
The site has a fairly large sitemap, with multiple journeys that the user can take, so it was important that we got this exactly as it needed to be, before we took the project any further.
Once we had this confirmed, we created a wireframe using a mix of sketches, Adobe software and Figma, to prototype and gain feedback.
Website Design
The aim of the new website was to provide a lightweight and quick-to-navigate experience, allowing users to easily and effortlessly find the information they are looking for.
We also needed to ensure that only the correct sections were on display for specific site users. We did this by adding a custom landing page which allows people to select whether they are a candidate or an employer. Based on this selection, the user will be given access to the necessary areas of the website.
The site was built on the WordPress content management system, which allows the client to easily alter site content over time with its extremely user friendly interface.



Website rebuild
OD Talent Solutions reached out to us yet again in 2023 and informed us that they were rebranding the business to ‘The Outsourced Recruitment Company’.
To accomodate the rebrand process, it was vital that they updated their website to reflect this within a very specific timeframe.
Having built their previous website, we knew exactly how they like to work, and the ideas they had moving forwards. We held an initial meeting, cleared up the main details, then got started right away.
We rebranded their existing outsourced recruitment website using the new logo, brand colours and fonts throughout, and restructured the website to ensure it was up to date with the services they provide.
