Landscaping and Gardening Business in Taunton
SOS Gardens are a lovely small business in Taunton, Somerset. They have been providing a range of hard and soft landscaping services to businesses, local authorities, and domestic clients across Somerset for over a decade. They provide hedging, turfing, walls, patios, general gardening services and much more.
Sean from SOS has been dealing with the Dexterous Team for many years now. Originally when Dexterous Designs helped SOS re-launch the business, we helped with formulating a new brand – starting with the logo design. The accompanying first piece of work for Sean was the brand new mobile friendly website, which was supported by us creating and branding his new business Facebook page.
Our Approach
We designed a new business logo, colour palette and brand identity – which then was translated across different printed documents – a leaflet, some external signage boards, new van graphics – and also marketing collateral such as the beautiful tri-fold leaflet and calling card / postcard that he uses when promoting the business.
Over the years the brand has changed along with the name of the business being tweaked, and the second phase of the website development has also been introduced in 2020 helping to further showcase the branding and range of new services on offer.
Dexterous also helped with engagement on social media, developing a logo reveal video and a second video which helps display his gardening services on socials; Sean has had some fantastic comments from his clients about these.
We continue to work with SOS, hosting and maintaining the website regularly, and have more videos and printed marketing documents planned for 2020 and 2021, as his seasonal business always has something topical to advertise.
