We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, dedicated, and driven individual with experience and qualifications in Graphic Design. As a business, we provide Design Services across Web UX projects, as well as Logo Design and Branding, Brand Creation, Brand Guidelines for businesses, and a lot of design for printed media such as stationery, promotional items, and advertising. The successful candidate will need experience across the Adobe Creative Suite and may also have knowledge and skills in Animation and Video Creation too, and experience of working in Web Development, designing website pages, and working in Adobe XD, Figma or similar, will also be an advantage.
Remote working is supported with some office attendance, but the role is most suitable for someone local as attendance in the office will be required.

We are looking for an energetic individual to provide our team with some key back-office support, in this varied and challenging role. Duties will often include using our Social Media accounts, monitoring messages, answering the telephone, dealing with clients, as well as some less glamourous but crucial support tasks that are key to running the business and maintaining good levels of service.
Any interest or experience in working in a design agency or dealing with the terminology around websites, design, print, or search engine optimisation is a bonus, but knowledge of what we do is part of the induction – it’s most important that the person is adaptable, friendly, organised and motivated.

Due to growth in the team, we now have a need for an additional Senior Agency Manager, to work alongside and closely with the Managing Director.
The role will be varied and dynamic, and require a strong leader and results-driven project manager, to help oversee our growing client portfolio, and all of the projects in development at any one time. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing and motivating a team, and have a knowledge of a design agency environment. Areas of responsibility will include organising the team and targets, maintaining and improving productivity levels where needed, and long-term business planning. This is a full-time position, which will involve office work and some remote working from home.
