Tregenna Properties approached us to create some high-end document folders, which would be used to hold property specification sheets and be distributed to the estate agents in charge of selling their properties.

These folders needed to give a good impression and reflect the care, attention and quality that Tregenna Properties put into each of the homes they build.

With an emphasis on style and quality, we set out to source a printer that could help us create the finish we needed,  we explored various paper stocks before making our decision.

Next we set about the design, we opted for a modern, clean design with a subtle use of texture and a well thought out presentation, to reflect the values at the forefront of Tregenna Properties developments.
