Welcome to Dexterous Support

All clients are now encouraged to log all support requests for email issues, website issues or other technical requests here. This will get your request to the team as quickly as possible, and make sure that the issue is dealt with swiftly by the correct team member currently manning the support desk.

There is no need to register, although it’s very quick – you can simply enter your details below on a ticket, please include any screen shots and as much detail as possible including what browser or email client you are using when the problem occurs. The more information and detail we have the quicker we will be able to confirm any issue and resolve accordingly.

If your issue is a result of not having your site regularly maintained or updated, we will be able to talk to you about critical updates to get things resolved, or support packages moving forwards.

Your ticket will be replied to immediately with an automated reply, and further updates to the ticket up until a resolve, will be via this email alert system – unless we need to call you for clarity.

Please make sure you check your spam filter in case it ends up in there and mark the sending address as friendly in your email client settings to prevent further messages landing in spam.

If you are a client on a regular support retainer, your support request will be flagged at a higher priority. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We endeavour to reply to all tickets the same working day, in order of most business critical. If requests are sent after 3pm this may be the following working day. Office hours for support are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
