The Importance of Customer Loyalty

At Dexterous we understand that good service merits customer loyalty, which is so important to the progression and reputation of your business. It also means you have stronger connections with your customers, making your work with them more collaborative and successful. It’s evident by our Trustpilot reviews that we have vast network of returning customers, not only with what they say, but also the fact they leave reviews at all. Returning and loyal customers value you and your aims, and will help out where needed, whether it’s leaving a review on Trustpilot or sharing your social post. Only in past couple of days, we received a review from Caroline and Ben from Thorndown Paints, who we have been developing a new website for. We also host and support their existing site and have made recent changes to their e-commerce functions and features, making the existing site easier to use too.  

 

 

Because we value our customers’ loyalty so much, we can appreciate it when businesses value our loyalty as a customer of them. Last week, we got a new car after having the old one for 4 years. Getting this new car (below) is such an exciting period of growth for us through some real business challenges in the past year. The Dexterous team’s commitment to service and quality allowed us to upgrade our car. We returned to the Kia Garage in Taunton, where we were helped by David Williams, who was knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole experience. The garage has looked after us for 4 years, so we had no hesitation in signing up again for another term with the new car. It is so refreshing to see a company strive for the same values as us, particularly with looking after customers to ensure long-term business relationships. The professional service we received at Kia gave us not reason to look elsewhere when upgrading our car.  

 

 

We are also getting our car wrapped in our new branding, which we are so excited about! After this past year, we just can’t wait to get back out there and for our business to reach its full potential. Now is the time to for a revamp and update; there has never been a more important time to focus on reaching your customers online.
