About the Client
The family-run company was started by 4 brothers in 2005, who wanted to get into property development and when they were all looking to buy themselves, became frustrated by the quality of existing housing. At the same time, the property market was booming in the early 2000s, so they all decided to invest their savings to purchase a parcel of land, with no planning permission, and that’s how the company started.
As developers, they wanted to control the design and build of a site from start to finish. After designing a suitable scheme and taking it through planning, work started on the site in late 2005. Their aim has always been to design their own build and not use or inherit some other designer’s scheme. They have never built homes using timber frames as they believe they are of inferior quality used by the large housebuilders in the interests of shortening construction times rather than focusing on quality. All of their new build homes use traditional brick and block build with a full plaster finish so that they are left with a quality product that will last a lifetime.
How We Support
Axeus Homes approached us in May of 2021 looking for a complete overhaul of their branding and website. We came to an agreement and couldn’t wait to get started on the project.
They were looking for something modern and professional with an engaging user experience to reflect the very best impression for their business.
The website features a stunning area for them to list their past and present developments, alongside an enquiry form for site users to get in touch with any questions.
Having already worked with Axeus Homes creating their website and branding, we were asked to help produce a set of large scale hoarding boards to promote their newest development site ‘ Morgans Quarter”.
We visited the site and nearby developments, and managed to get a view of what the client was after and the scale of the job. We used their brand assets to create 14 boards that will stand out in the crowd.
