About the LHA
For the last twenty years the London Homelessness Awards have been recognised as the premier awards for housing and homelessness organisations.
Winners over the year have included local authority teams, big organisations, small organisations and organisations working in partnership.
The awards were originally set up in memory of Andy Ludlow, director of housing and social services at Haringey Council. He was a pioneer in developing a holistic approach to housing and social services. After he died at the age of just 51, London’s housing directors set up the Andy Ludlow Homelessness Awards as a lasting legacy and testament to his tireless work in the sector.
The awards embrace innovation and encourage radical but practical solutions to homelessness and rough sleeping in London. Up until now, we have given out well over £500,000 in prize money. The ceremony at which the winning projects are announced is now a high profile event at City hall with the Deputy Mayor in attendance.
Dexterous Designs are proud to have designed the print for the awards over the past few years, and look forward to continuing to do so as long as these incredible awards continue!
We are very proud of the custom designed trophies we produced for the event!
They sport the new and vibrant 2021 LHA logo (which we also designed). The trophies were awarded to the well-deserved winners, whose names were also engraved on trophy, for the extra personal detail!
Last but not least, we designed and provided the sleek and vibrant certificates!
These were awarded to prize winners and commended a variety of amazing and worthwhile projects! The certificates were a single sided A4, high-quality piece of material, that were framed and formally presented to the winners on stage.
